Michael Prime Services (mpsev.com) is an online marketplace where people and businesses buy and sell new and used goods, hire professionals, find jobs and pay bills. It is run by Michael Prime Services, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (BN 6960993), at No 43, Km 43 Atani Road, Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria.
How the marketplace works
We do not own, make or stock the items listed. Every product is listed by an independent seller, whose name and verification status are shown on the listing. We provide the platform, the payment protection, the chat and delivery tools, and customer support.
Escrow: your payment is protected
- You pay through the platform; the money is held safely in escrow, not sent to the seller.
- The seller ships or hands over the item.
- You check it and confirm delivery. Only then is the seller paid.
- If the item does not arrive or is not as described, you open a dispute and get your money back when it is upheld. See Returns & refunds.
Verified sellers and official stores
Sellers can verify their identity (KYC) and businesses their registration (KYB). Verified sellers show a badge; brands and authorised retailers can become Official stores after a manual review.
Safety
Always pay inside the platform: payments made outside it (bank transfer to a seller, cash before inspection) are not protected by escrow. Our team reviews reported listings and accounts, and decides disputes.
Payments
Card, bank and wallet payments are processed by licensed payment providers such as Paystack and Flutterwave. We never store your full card details.
