This Disclaimer applies to the website at https://mpsev.com and the Michael Prime Services apps (the “Service”), operated by Michael Prime Services, No 43, Km 43 Atani Road, Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria (CAC business name registration BN 6960993). Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We are a marketplace, not a seller
Michael Prime Services connects buyers and sellers, employers and job seekers, and customers and professionals. We do not own, make, stock, inspect or sell the items listed, and we are not a party to the agreements users make with each other. Listings, prices, photos, descriptions, job openings and professional profiles are created by users, who are responsible for them.
Listings and user content
We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, lawful or available, that an item matches its description, or that a user will complete a transaction. We moderate listings and remove those we find that break our rules, but we cannot review everything before it appears. If you find a listing that is wrong, unsafe or illegal, please report it from the app.
Verification badges and Official stores
Verification and Official store badges show that a user or business passed the identity or business checks described in the app at the time they were checked. They are not an endorsement or a guarantee of the user's future conduct or of the items they sell.
Prices and currency conversion
Prices are set by sellers in their chosen currency. Converted prices shown while browsing (marked “≈”) and the currency converter use mid-market exchange rates from third-party sources and are for information only. The amount you pay is always shown and locked before you confirm a payment.
Jobs and professional services
Job openings and professional profiles are published by employers and professionals. We do not verify every qualification, salary or claim, and we are not an employer, recruiter or agent of any user. Never pay to apply for a job or to secure an interview.
No professional advice
Information on the Service, including help articles, safety tips and content posted by users, is general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Seek advice from a qualified professional before acting on it.
Protection on the Service
Escrow, dispute resolution and our safety features protect only payments made and conversations held through the Service. We cannot protect, trace or refund money paid outside the Service, for example by direct bank transfer to another user.
Links and third-party services
The Service links to and relies on services run by others, including payment providers, billers, delivery partners and translation, map and advertising providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or the products and services they offer.
Advertising
The Service shows advertisements, including ads served by Google, and promoted listings that sellers pay to boost. Ads and promoted listings are labelled as such. They are not recommendations by Michael Prime Services, and we are not responsible for the claims made in third-party advertisements.
Reviews
Reviews and ratings are the opinions of the users who wrote them. Reviews from completed purchases are marked. They may not reflect your own experience.
Translation
The website can be translated automatically by Google Translate at your request. Automatic translations may be inaccurate; the English version of our pages and of these documents is the one that applies.
Availability and errors
We work to keep the Service accurate, secure and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” and may contain errors or be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may correct errors and change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Michael Prime Services is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the Service, from the items, services or conduct of other users, or from third-party services. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot be limited.
Changes to this Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes to the Service or the law. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
