Who delivers
Each order is delivered by the seller, by a delivery partner offered at checkout, or collected in person, as shown when you order. You always see the delivery method and fee before you pay.
Where we deliver
Delivery is available across Nigeria. Availability, method and cost depend on the seller's location and yours, and are shown at checkout.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is set per listing (some sellers offer free delivery) and is shown on the product and at checkout. Pick-up in person is free.
Delivery times
Sellers must ship within 7 days of payment. Most deliveries arrive in 1 to 7 business days, depending on distance and the delivery method. If an order is not shipped in time you can cancel it for a full refund.
Tracking
You can follow every order in the app: when it is shipped, the delivery partner's tracking and live map (where available), and when it is delivered.
Problems with delivery
If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, open a dispute from the order before you confirm delivery. Your payment stays in escrow until it is resolved. See Returns & refunds.
